Craig is the Administrative Director of Pharmacy and is the Program Director for the Combined MS/Residency (PGY1 and PGY2 Pharmacy Leadership Program).  Craig received his BS Pharmacy degree and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston.  Craig is an adjunct Assistant Clinical Professor of Pharmacy Practice at the University of Houston College of Pharmacy.  Craig is a member of ASHP, TSHP, ACHE and serves on the TSHP Research and Education Board of Directors.  Craig has a special interest in the standardization of health information across the continuum of care and in the use of automation and technology to improve patient safety and quality and on using data driven decision analysis.  Craig is a Preceptor for Practice Management.

Kim received her Bachelor of Science in pre-medical sciences with a minor in chemistry from Tarleton State University, a member of The Texas A&M University System, and her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Houston College of Pharmacy.  She completed a Managed Care Residency at Scott & White Memorial Hospital in Temple, Texas.  Kim is a member of American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, American College of Clinical Pharmacy, Texas Society of Health-System Pharmacists, Alpha Gamma Delta, Phi Delta Chi, Tri Beta, and Order of Omega.  Kim also serves on the Practice Advancement Committee for the University Healthsystem Consortium.  She has been a Platform Speaker for the American Academy of Managed Care.  Her primary areas of interest are Internal Medicine, Pharmacy and Therapeutics activities as well as the advancement of clinical pharmacy practice for all pharmacists.  She is committed to training residents to become outstanding contributors and leaders for the profession of pharmacy.  She serves as preceptor for Administration, Practice Foundation and Management, Clinical Management, and Drug Information.

Greg is an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice at the University of Houston College of Pharmacy.  He received his B.S. in Pharmacy from The Ohio State University and M.S. in Pharmacy from the University of Houston.  Greg is a member of ASHP, TSHP, and the Society of Critical Care Medicine.  He received the Outstanding Pharmacist Award from the Gulf Coast Society of Health-System Pharmacists in 1998.  Greg is a preceptor for clinical rotations in Critical Care (PGY1 and PGY2) and longitudinal learning experiences in Clinical Research and Practice Management (PGY2).

Stephen received his B.S. in Pharmacy and PharmD degrees from the University of Colorado, School of Pharmacy.  Stephen initially worked as a retail pharmacist and pharmacy manager for eight years after graduation, and then moved to St. Luke’s in 2001.  Stephen has worked as a Clinical Pharmacist in the ICU and CV recovery areas since 2002 and as the Clinical Coordinator for the Cardiology and CV Surgery Service lines since 2006. He acquired his BCPS certification in 2009. He is a member of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists and American Heart Association.  Stephen is a Preceptor in Patient Care.

Hannah received her undergraduate and PharmD degrees from the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL.  After graduating from pharmacy school, she completed a PGY1 pharmacy practice residency at the University of Virginia Health System in Charlottesville, VA.  She then moved to Winston-Salem, NC where she completed a PGY2 specialty residency in infectious diseases at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center.  Shortly after completion of her second year residency, Hannah moved to Houston to take her current position at St. Luke's.   Hannah serves as a Preceptor in Patient Care and is the Director of the St. Luke’s/University of Houston College of Pharmacy Infectious Diseases Fellowship.

Divya received her Doctor of Pharmacy from Purdue University.  She then completed a PGY1/PGY2 in Health-System Pharmacy Administration from The Ohio State University Medical Center and received an MS in Health-System Pharmacy Administration from The Ohio State University.  Divya is currently a Pharmacy Manager with responsibility over decentral pharmacy services.  Divya serves an adjunct Assistant Clinical Professor of Pharmacy Practice at University of Houston College of Pharmacy and is the Program Coordinator for the PGY1/PGY2/MS Administrative Residency.  She is a preceptor for Practice Management.
